Terms of Service

Effective October 17, 2026

Gloveplan is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between you and us for your use of this website and your purchase of Gloveplan. They supplement the general Terms of Service of Lot 313, LLC, which operates Gloveplan; those general terms apply to anything these Terms do not cover; where the two conflict, these Terms apply to Gloveplan. By making a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

What you buy

Gloveplan plan and forms: an OSHA bloodborne pathogens Exposure Control Plan filled in from the buyer's answers, with a Hepatitis B vaccine declination form, exposure incident report, training record log and sharps injury log, as PDF and Word files made in the browser, for $29 one-time per location. A free preview, a free Hepatitis B declination form and a free sharps injury log need no payment.

The files are made in your own browser the moment you ask for them; nothing is sent to you by email or stored for you to download later. Your answers are kept in your browser so you can download them again.

Gloveplan is a digital product delivered online. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are shown before purchase. Digital purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments: for those purchases, Link (a Stripe service) is the seller of record. Link collects payment and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, sends your receipt, and offers order and payment support, and the terms shown at checkout also apply to your purchase. Where checkout does not show Link as the seller, Stripe processes the payment for us and we are the seller. Either way, we provide the product, and these Terms govern the product itself.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase: email support@gloveplan.com with your receipt.

To ask for a refund, contact us (below) with the email address used at checkout. For purchases sold through Link you can also ask Link support, which may issue refunds under its own policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several business days to show them. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

Product terms

  • Gloveplan is a document tool. It produces a written plan and forms from the answers you enter. It is not legal advice, safety advice, medical advice or a safety consultation, and it does not make the plan fit your workplace: you are responsible for checking that the plan is accurate, tailoring it to your business, adopting it, putting it into practice, reviewing it at least every year and training your employees.
  • OSHA does not approve or certify exposure control plans. Gloveplan does not claim that any plan, form or log will satisfy an inspector, licensing board, insurer or court, and does not guarantee any outcome.
  • The plan is written to the federal OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030. States with their own OSHA-approved plans and local health or licensing authorities may require more. Check your state and local rules before you adopt the plan.
  • Price: the plan and forms cost $29 once, for one business location. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. After checkout you return to gloveplan.com/unlock, where your license key is shown. The key unlocks the full plan and forms in the browser that holds it.
  • A refund within 14 days ends the license key: it stops working once the purchase is refunded or disputed. Files you already downloaded remain yours to keep; the license is for the business that bought it.
  • Your answers are saved only in your browser. Clearing your browser data removes them; keep your own copy of the files you download.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, send us only content you have the right to share, and use Gloveplan lawfully. Do not misuse this website or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you send us and permit us to use it only to provide Gloveplan to you. Once you have paid, you may use your deliverable for your own business, including editing and publishing it. This website and our materials otherwise remain ours.

No guarantee of results; disclaimer

We do not guarantee any business outcome, such as traffic, rankings, conversions or revenue. Apart from the commitments in these Terms and on the product page, Gloveplan is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Gloveplan or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for Gloveplan in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made on or after that date.
