Privacy Policy

Gloveplan is operated by Lot 313, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy explains what Gloveplan collects when you visit this website, buy from us or contact us, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Nothing you type into the questionnaire or the free tools (business name, address, staff job titles, employee names, sharps and disposal details) reaches our server: it is processed in your browser and saved only in your browser's own storage on your device.
• Anonymous usage counts: which free tool or industry was used and whether a buy button was clicked, with no name, address or other identifier.
• Aggregate visit counts from a cookieless page-view counter.
• Messages you send us, and anything you include in them, including your email address if you email support.
• Your name, email address and billing details when you check out. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page; we never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data our hosting provider processes to serve and protect this website, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate (page, referrer, country, browser type). It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites; like any web request, Cloudflare receives your IP address and browser user agent to do this. Query strings are not recorded. It loads one script from Cloudflare. This website loads no advertising scripts, and we look only at aggregate traffic statistics.

The plan builder and the free tools run entirely in your browser. Your business details, staff job titles, employee names, sharps and disposal details and everything else you type are used only on your device to make the files you ask for. They are never sent to our servers. The builder saves your answers in your browser's local storage so you can return to them; clear your browser data to remove them.

The only requests these pages make are: anonymous usage counts (the name of the free tool or industry used, with nothing you typed), and checking a license key with our server, which sends the key and nothing else. The plan builder and license pages load no outside script: their scripts are downloaded from this site and run only on your device. A cookieless page-view counter runs on the other pages, including the free tools; it counts page views and never reads what you type.

An employee's name typed into the free Hepatitis B declination form is used only to print that form on your device.

How we use it

• to deliver what you bought and to communicate with you about your order;
• to answer support questions and handle refund requests;
• to measure which of our ads lead to purchases;
• to keep accounting, tax and legal records;
• to prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the website working.

Business email

If we emailed you about Gloveplan, we used your business contact details (name, work email address, job title and company) from publicly available sources and business contact data providers, because your role suggested the product could be relevant to your business. Every such email has an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we will not email you about Gloveplan again, and we keep only the minimum record needed to honor that request.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Gloveplan, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Stripe, our payment processor, and Link, the Stripe service that acts as seller of record for purchases made through Stripe Managed Payments (payments, tax, receipts and order support);
• cloud hosting and content delivery providers (serving and protecting this website, and aggregate traffic statistics);
• email routing and customer-support service providers (receiving the emails you send to our support address, sorting them and preparing draft replies);
• advertising platforms (to measure our ads: when you arrive from an ad and buy, the purchase value);
• professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Payments are processed by Stripe, including Link for purchases made through Stripe Managed Payments, under the Stripe Privacy Policy (which covers Link).

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us, and your order details, only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, and then delete it. Copies of support emails kept to sort them and prepare replies are usually held for up to 90 days (up to 12 months if a message could not be delivered to us and is still being handled), after which their sender, subject, message and draft replies are deleted; the support emails themselves are kept only as long as needed to answer you and meet legal obligations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the UK or the EU), you may have further rights, such as to receive a copy of your data, or to opt out of or object to certain uses, including sharing for ad measurement. Contact us from the email address you used with us; we will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for making a request. If we must keep some records by law, we will tell you.

Security

We use established service providers and limit access to your information to what is needed to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Children

Gloveplan is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
